About Client Centered Care: we are a telehealth practice led by Guerline Saintfleur, FNP, a family nurse practitioner. We provide non-urgent care by video or phone to patients located in Arizona, Florida, and New Mexico, so you can be seen from home without the commute or the waiting room.
About Client Centered Care also means simple, transparent pricing. Our care is cash-based and no insurance is required. We are working toward accepting insurance. Services include sick visits, wellness visits, weight management, STI testing, mental health support, and lab orders. To learn how virtual visits work, visit Telehealth.HHS.gov.
